Booking Polcies Every Client Should Know

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It will go toward your service total.
Rescheduling
Reschedule 24–48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit. If less than 24 hours, new deposit is required.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns, please reach out within 24–48 hours.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment will be canceled & a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-Call/No-Show
50% of your service will be charged. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
Case By Case
Wax services may vary based on hair growth & aftercare.
Cancellations
Cancelling within 24 hours results in forfeited deposit.
Guests
No extra guests unless approved.
Hygiene
Lash clients: please come with clean lashes; no eye makeup. Clean prep for best results.
